“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.”
What comes out of your mouth reflects the meditations of your heart. The more you think of it, the more you speak of it.
Think about today. How many of the words have you let out of your mouth that built rather than destroyed others?
If you fill your mind with heavenly things, the more you shall speak of it.
If you fill it with negativity, the more you speak of it, the greater your chance of ill health, including those around you.
So let us all strive that our mouths and hearts be acceptable before the Lord. Think and speak for Him and Him alone.
